Construction Metal Worker responsibilities:
- • Bench working and matching of parts using versatile devices.
- • Assembly, adjustment, and testing of high complexity components and mechanisms, bench working.
- • Marking out, scraping, grinding in of high complexity details and components.
- • Elementary calculations to determine tolerances, fits, and taper.
- • Testing of components and mechanisms on dedicated benches.
- • Elimination of defects identified when assembling and testing the components and mechanisms.
- • Assembly of complex equipment and machine tools.
- • Familiarity with and observance of labour and environmental safety regulations, observance of safe working practices.

Grade 5 Turner
Company manufacturing filling equipment for chemical and paints and varnishes industry is searching for a Grade 5 Turner.

At least 5 years of professional experience.
- • Observe accuracy according to references in the drawing.
- • Prepare and bring to shape the cutting tools.
- • Produce parts with accuracy class 2-3 that require change-over, providing the necessary RMS finish.
- • Thread cutting with various diameter and pitch values (both male and female, bottoming and through).
- • Ensure the preset deviations from running dimensions and shape.
- • Process parts according to drawings.
- • Competent interpretation of drawings.
- • Process all steel grades.
- • Operate 1Е61PM, SA615OV, 1K62D, 16K20, TV300 machine tools.
- • Arrange the process properly together with the manufacturing engineer and the site supervisor.

Grade 5 Miller

At least 5 years of professional experience.
- • part installation and adjustment methods; mill sharpening and grinding;
- • metal cutting fundamentals;
- • setting up and adjusting instrumentation;
- • rules for cutting parameters determination according to guidelines and machine tool specifications;
- • milling of complex parts with accuracy class 3 of stainless steel and non-ferrous metal, which require combination workholding and accurate compound adjustment on universal, horizontal and vertical milling machines: 675PF, 67K25V and Aciera F4922
